Importer sourcing for fresh produce, seafood and poultry & eggs
Submit one reviewed request. Our team checks fit, contacts suitable suppliers on your behalf and coordinates the next steps.
How it works, in short
Send one RFQ with the commodity and specification, volume, destination, delivery window and preferred Incoterm. Our team reviews it, checks that it is a B2B transaction of USD 250,000 or more, and then approaches suitable suppliers on your behalf.
You do not contact suppliers directly and suppliers do not receive your contact details. The service is free for buyers. We do not guarantee availability, regulatory clearance, delivery dates or savings; every offer is confirmed for your specific request.
Submit an importer RFQ
One reviewed request: commodity and specification, volume, destination, delivery window and preferred terms. Free for buyers; B2B requests from USD 250,000.
From request to coordinated offers
- Request — commodity, variety or species, grade and size, packaging, volume, destination port or airport, delivery window and Incoterm.
- Review — the team checks completeness and the USD 250,000 minimum, and asks for anything missing.
- Outreach — we contact suppliers that may fit and request quotes against the same specification.
- Comparison — offers are compared like for like, with every price labelled as a supplier quote or a dated estimate.
- Next steps — documents, samples, inspection and shipping are coordinated through the team; you decide whether to proceed.
What importers can source through us
Fresh fruit and vegetables; premium produce such as cherries, avocados, berries, mangoes, table grapes and citrus; fish and seafood; shrimp and prawns; and poultry and eggs, including table eggs and hatching eggs. Special machinery and production lines remain available as a separate service.
Where import demand is large: 2024 reference points
UN Comtrade data published by WITS show the markets with the largest import values in 2024. They are demand signals, not forecasts, and not a promise that a buyer, supplier or volume is available.

HS 0810 covers fresh fruit not classified elsewhere in Chapter 8 (for example berries and kiwifruit); it excludes grapes, citrus and apples. HS 03 combines fish, crustaceans and molluscs and is not a shrimp-only figure. The European Union is reported as one bloc; member states listed separately are not additive.

Frequently asked questions
Is the service free for importers?
Yes. Buyers do not pay to submit a request or to receive coordinated offers.
Can I contact the suppliers directly?
No. Our team handles supplier outreach and communication on your behalf. A supplier's identity is shared only when the team approves an introduction for a specific transaction.
What is the minimum request size?
We review B2B transactions of USD 250,000 or more. Smaller requests receive a polite reply but no sourcing service.
Do you guarantee import clearance or delivery?
No. Clearance depends on the destination authority, the HS code, the product form and the origin. We help collect the information suppliers and forwarders need, but the importer of record and its customs broker remain responsible for entry.

Global B2B Group is a managed sourcing service. We are not a supplier, importer of record, certifier, carrier or customs broker. Figures are dated reference points from the cited sources; availability, documents, prices and timings are confirmed for each request. No availability, regulatory clearance, delivery or savings is guaranteed. Global B2B Group accepts no paid placement: suppliers cannot pay for inclusion, ranking or recommendation. Buyers pay nothing. The selected supplier pays a fee only after the deal or project proceeds; this is disclosed to buyers. Suppliers are invited against documented selection criteria, not the fee.
