These Terms govern your access to and use of the Global B2B Group website and services (the "Platform"). By using the Platform you agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of the platform
Global B2B Group is an independent procurement, knowledge and project-planning platform. We do not manufacture products, certify suppliers or provide engineering, financial, tax or legal advice. Information is provided for procurement planning and educational purposes only.
2. User responsibility
All technical verification, regulatory compliance, commercial evaluation and due diligence remain the sole responsibility of the user and their advisors. Any decision to engage a supplier, financier or partner is made independently by the user.
3. No guarantees
We make no representations or warranties regarding supplier performance, product suitability, project outcomes, financing availability, pricing or delivery timelines. Financing information is informational only and subject to independent underwriting and approval.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, scrape content at scale, misrepresent your identity, or submit unlawful, infringing or misleading information.
5. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, logos and software on the Platform are owned by Global B2B Group or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.
6. Third-party services
The Platform may link to or integrate with third-party services (payment processors, hosting, analytics, communication tools). Those services are governed by their own terms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global B2B Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities arising from use of the Platform.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, except where mandatory local consumer or data-protection law applies. The courts of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights available to consumers in their country of residence.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent version.
