This Marketplace Disclaimer clarifies the role of Global B2B Group in every transaction or opportunity surfaced through the Platform. It supplements the General Disclaimer and the Terms of Service.
1. We are the platform, not a party
Global B2B Group operates an independent B2B marketplace and business introduction platform. It is not a party to any commercial transaction between users. All negotiations, contracts, purchase orders, payments, deliveries, inspections, warranties, guarantees, financing agreements, insurance, customs, taxes, permits and certifications remain solely between the relevant parties.
2. Not a broker, agent or fiduciary
Global B2B Group is not a broker, agent, distributor, reseller, escrow provider or fiduciary. It does not hold buyer or supplier funds and does not process payment for goods or services traded between users.
3. No supplier certification
Any onboarding, review or "qualified supplier" reference is an internal Platform assessment for routing purposes, not a regulatory certification, audit, guarantee or endorsement of the supplier, its products or its financial standing.
4. Directional content
Prices, lead times, capacity, availability, ratings, financing options, market outlooks and country intelligence are directional and informational only. They may change without notice and must be verified independently by the user.
5. Disputes between users
Global B2B Group is not responsible for and does not mediate disputes between buyers, suppliers, financiers or other users. Users are encouraged to resolve disputes directly and to include dispute-resolution provisions in their bilateral contracts. Global B2B Group may cooperate with lawful requests from courts or regulators.
6. No investment or financial promotion
Nothing on the Platform constitutes an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy or sell any security, financial instrument, loan, insurance product or investment. See the Financing Disclaimer.
