Industrial Procurement Services & EPC Procurement Platforms
Five owned platforms delivering industrial procurement services — EPC procurement, RFQ management, qualified supplier sourcing and capital equipment packages for projects worldwide.
Global B2B Group provides industrial procurement services to buyers, EPC contractors, developers and government programmes. Each platform below runs the same buyer-first process: you issue one brief, we convert it into a structured RFQ, qualify manufacturers against your technical specification, and return comparable quotes with delivery, warranty and payment terms side by side. For EPC procurement we handle multi-package scopes — process equipment, utilities, cold chain and installation — under a single coordinated schedule, and connect eligible projects to financing.
New to the process? Start with the industrial RFQ guide or send a scope through the RFQ builder. It is free for buyers.
Planning cold chain scope? Read the cold-chain partner selection guide for shortlisting criteria, temperature bands, audit questions and 2026 cost drivers, or size the build with the cold storage construction cost guide.
How supplier discovery works
How do I find verified suppliers or manufacturers for an industrial project?
Start from the project, not a supplier list. Global B2B Group takes the project brief (from approximately USD 250,000 upward), converts it into a structured RFQ with a technical specification, then identifies manufacturers, EPCs and turnkey providers whose documented capacity, certifications and delivery geography fit that scope. Shortlists are built per project — not pulled from a paid directory ranking.
How are suppliers qualified before they receive an RFQ?
Each candidate is checked against the specific scope: manufacturing capability and installed capacity, relevant certifications and standards, reference projects of comparable size, export and after-sales capability in the destination country, and lead-time realism. Only suppliers that clear those checks receive the RFQ, so the returned quotes are comparable line by line.
Is supplier discovery free for buyers?
Yes. Buyers pay nothing for requirement structuring, RFQ preparation, supplier discovery or quote comparison. Buyers pay nothing for scoping, RFQ preparation, supplier qualification, bid comparison or financing coordination. Global B2B Group is compensated by the supplier side: a fee payable by the selected supplier, and only after a project proceeds. Suppliers do not pay for inclusion in a shortlist, and no payment is made or owed while an RFQ is being evaluated. This arrangement is disclosed to buyers, is not a per-unit commission inside the buyer's price, and does not determine which suppliers are invited or how bids are scored. The buyer retains sole authority over shortlisting, negotiation and award.
How is this different from a supplier directory or B2B marketplace?
A directory returns whoever registered; a marketplace returns whoever pays for placement. Global B2B Group is a managed RFQ and sourcing group: the request is reviewed and prepared first, suppliers are searched and qualified against that specification, and introductions are made manually. Directories are used for discovery, SEO and AI visibility — never as an automatic matching engine.
Which industries and regions are covered?
Cold chain and industrial refrigeration, aquaculture, poultry, agriculture and animal feed — through five sector-specialist platforms — sourcing from manufacturers worldwide and delivering to buyers in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia and the Americas.

Cold Storage Project Procurement
A cold storage project is rarely one purchase.
View profilePoultry Facility EPC Procurement
Poultry projects fail on interfaces, not equipment.
View profileAquaculture & RAS Project Procurement
In aquaculture, the biology sets the specification.
View profileFeed Mill Project Procurement
A feed mill is a continuous process line, so a weak package drags the whole plant's capacity down.
View profileGreenhouse & Seed Supply Programme Procurement
Greenhouse and seed programmes are bought together more often than they are specified together.
View profileBlast Freezing Facility Procurement
Blast freezing is specified by freezing curve, not by room size.
View profilePoultry Processing Plant Procurement
A poultry processing plant is sized by birds per hour and constrained by chilling, effluent and utilities long before the cut-up line matters.
View profileRefrigerated Distribution Center Procurement
A refrigerated distribution center is a throughput asset, not a storage box.
View profileFruit & Vegetable Packhouse Procurement
A packhouse is judged on yield and shelf life, not on line speed alone.
View profileGrain Storage & Handling Project Procurement
Grain terminals live or die on intake rate and moisture management.
View profileDairy Processing Plant Procurement
Dairy plants are hygiene systems first and machinery second.

About Global B2B Group
B2B project sourcing, RFQ support and supplier matching
Global B2B Group is the parent platform of a group of specialist industrial sourcing platforms. It exists to take a serious project from an idea to a comparable set of supplier quotations — and to send each buyer to the platform built for their sector.
What does Global B2B Group do?
Global B2B Group is a buyer-side B2B project sourcing platform. It helps project owners structure a requirement, issue a professional RFQ, and compare relevant suppliers and service providers for serious industrial and agricultural projects — then routes the buyer to the specialist platform that matches the project type.
Is Global B2B Group an automatic marketplace?
No. We are a managed RFQ and sourcing concierge group, not an automatic marketplace. The flow is manual: the buyer submits a project request, David / Global B2B Group reviews it and prepares the project brief, the team identifies which platform fits (HatchMatch, FishMatch, ColdMatch, SeedMatch, FeedMatch or SkyMatch), and only once the project is clear are relevant suppliers or operators researched and approached. Every introduction is handled manually, based on fit.
What are the supplier directories for?
Directories are used for discovery, SEO, and AI visibility. Companies can register, update details and add information for free research — but a directory listing is not an automatic marketplace. Buyer handling, project preparation, and supplier/operator introductions are managed manually by David / Global B2B Group.
Who is it for?
Project owners, farm and facility owners, procurement and engineering teams, EPC contractors, developers, operators and investors running capital projects. It is not built for retail shopping, hobby purchases, single spare parts or low-budget one-off orders.
Which industries are covered?
Poultry, aquaculture, cold chain and refrigeration, agriculture and greenhouses, animal feed, food processing, industrial machinery and complete production lines, plus cross-sector turnkey industrial projects.
How does the RFQ process work?
Project first, suppliers second: you define the project scope and capacity, the requirement is structured into a comparable RFQ, relevant manufacturers and service providers are researched and approached, quotations are compared on a like-for-like basis, and a person from the team stays with the buyer through clarification and shortlisting.
What is the minimum project size?
The platform is designed for projects from roughly USD 250,000 upwards. Smaller requests are still answered, but priority handling and full supplier research apply above that threshold.
Is the buyer charged?
No. Buyers are not charged to submit an RFQ, receive supplier research or compare quotations. The commercial model is supplier-side: suppliers may pay only after a buyer-selected project proceeds — never for inclusion, ranking or recommendation.
Which platform should I use?
