The anatomy of an industrial project
We publish case studies only after all commercially sensitive figures are anonymised and approved by the project owner. This page defines the framework — new studies will be added here as they are released.
Framework
Every case study follows the same six-part structure so procurement teams can benchmark like-for-like.
Sector, geography, scope of works and stakeholder map. What the project is trying to achieve in one paragraph.
Reported band (never disclosed to the dollar) split by CAPEX categories — civil, mechanical, electrical, cold chain, controls.
Elapsed weeks from RFQ issue to commissioning, including realistic engineering, shipping and installation windows.
The technology families involved — refrigeration, incubation, aquaculture systems, seed processing, packaging.
How suppliers were shortlisted, what selection criteria mattered, how bids were normalised and negotiated.
What the project team would repeat, what they would change, and what to warn future teams about.
The first anonymised studies are being cleared for release.
While we do not publish invented data, we do share aggregated benchmarks from live projects during private briefings — request access below.
