When is a project ready for an RFQ?
Saved on this device only. No account needed. Nothing is sent until you choose to.
Why it matters: New lines, expansions and upgrades carry different risks and supplier types.
Why it matters: Sets the standards, hygiene and supplier pool to check.
Why it matters: Suppliers can only be compared against a measurable outcome, e.g. 'pack 2,000 trays/hour at under 1% rejects'.
What you get
- An RFQ readiness count out of 8, with the reason each item matters.
- Annual throughput from your capacity and shift pattern.
- An eight-phase milestone timeline from your start month, plus risks and unknowns to resolve.
- Cost buckets to fill with real quotes, supplier questions and official compliance sources.
Questions
Is my plan stored on your servers?
No. It stays in this browser until you choose to send it as an RFQ or contact our team.
Does it use AI or market prices?
No. The blueprint is built by fixed, published rules from your answers. It never invents prices or supplier names.
What happens when I turn it into an RFQ?
Your answers are copied into the RFQ builder so you can review and edit before sending. Our project team then scopes it and contacts suppliers on your behalf — free for buyers, typically for projects from USD 250,000.
From seed to shelf — the same discipline, a greener result
Greenhouses, fresh produce, fish and shrimp packaging lines: every project is specified, sourced and compared before an introduction is made.
