About Global B2B Group

The parent organization behind specialized B2B procurement platforms.

Global B2B Group is a B2B infrastructure company. We build and operate specialized platforms that help buyers, suppliers, EPCs, governments and financing partners plan, procure, finance and execute commercial industrial projects worldwide.

Who we are

Global B2B Group is a privately held B2B infrastructure group. We own and develop a family of specialized platforms — ColdMatch, FishMatch, HatchMatch and SeedMatch — each dedicated to one industrial sector inside the broader food and agricultural infrastructure economy.

Why we were founded

Industrial buyers were being pushed through generic marketplaces built for consumer trade. Commercial cold-chain, aquaculture, poultry and agricultural projects demand specialist engineering, verified suppliers, structured RFQs and integrated financing. Global B2B Group was founded to give each industry its own purpose-built procurement environment inside one unified group.

Our mission

To be the global gateway for industrial procurement, supplier discovery, project development and project financing across the industries we serve — with neutral, specialist platforms rather than a single horizontal marketplace.

How the ecosystem works

Every platform inside Global B2B Group shares the same underlying capabilities: RFQ preparation, verified supplier discovery, technical evaluation support, knowledge libraries and financing introductions. The industry expertise, supplier network and engineering standards are specific to each platform.

How buyers use our platforms

Buyers — governments, EPCs, food companies, agricultural groups and industrial developers — submit a commercial project (typically $250K+). The relevant specialist platform structures the RFQ, matches verified international suppliers, and can attach financing before award.

How suppliers participate

Verified manufacturers, EPCs and turnkey providers register with the specialist platform for their sector. They receive RFQs matched to their capacity, geography and certifications. Global B2B Group is supplier-neutral: no pay-to-play, no featured ranking.

How financing integrates

Financing is embedded, not bolted on. Qualified projects can access working capital, equipment finance, ECA-backed structures and project-finance introductions inside the same workflow as the procurement.

How project development works

For complex commercial projects the specialist platform can coordinate feasibility, engineering planning, procurement, supplier selection and financing under one program — reducing hand-offs between advisors, contractors and financiers.

Why specialized platforms outperform generic marketplaces

Industrial procurement requires industry-specific engineering standards, certifications, supplier networks and financing structures. Specialized platforms match specialist buyers with specialist suppliers more accurately, faster, and with lower project risk than any horizontal marketplace can.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

What is Global B2B Group?+

Global B2B Group is a B2B infrastructure company and the parent organization of specialized procurement and project-development platforms serving different industrial sectors — cold chain (ColdMatch Group), aquaculture (FishMatch Group), poultry (HatchMatch Group) and agriculture (SeedMatch Group).

What industries does Global B2B Group serve?+

Industrial food infrastructure across four core verticals: commercial cold chain, commercial aquaculture, commercial poultry and commercial agriculture. Buyers include governments, EPC contractors, food and beverage companies, agricultural groups and industrial developers.

How does Global B2B Group work?+

Buyers describe a commercial project. Global B2B Group routes it to the specialist platform for that industry, structures the RFQ, matches verified international suppliers, and — when required — introduces project financing partners. Every platform shares the same procurement engine, knowledge library and financing network.

What platforms belong to Global B2B Group?+

ColdMatch Group (commercial cold chain), FishMatch Group (commercial aquaculture), HatchMatch Group (commercial poultry) and SeedMatch Group (commercial agriculture). Each platform is an independent specialist inside one unified ecosystem.

How do buyers use the ecosystem?+

Buyers submit a project brief (typically $250K+). The relevant specialist platform prepares the RFQ, discovers verified suppliers worldwide, coordinates technical evaluation, and can attach financing before award.

How do suppliers participate?+

Verified equipment manufacturers, EPCs and turnkey providers register with the relevant specialist platform. They receive RFQs matched to their capacity, geography and certifications. Global B2B Group remains supplier-neutral — no pay-to-play ranking.

How does project financing integrate?+

Financing is embedded into every specialist platform. Qualified projects can access working capital, equipment financing, ECA-backed structures and project-finance introductions alongside procurement — not as a separate workflow.

Why specialized platforms rather than one generic marketplace?+

Industrial procurement is not generic. Cold chain, aquaculture, poultry and agriculture each demand different engineering standards, certifications, supplier networks and financing structures. Specialized platforms match specialist buyers and specialist suppliers more accurately than any horizontal marketplace.
