Consultant, EPC & Procurement Partner Program
We do not replace consultants. We support consultants, EPC advisors and procurement teams behind the scenes with supplier discovery, RFQ structuring, project matching, supplier comparison, financing direction and procurement support — while the consultant keeps control of the client relationship.
Industrial procurement projects from USD $250,000 upward. We work behind the consultant, never in front of them.
What does Global B2B Group do for consultants?
Global B2B Group provides back-office procurement support to consultants: supplier discovery, RFQ structuring, supplier comparison and independent financing introductions for industrial projects from USD $250,000 upward. The consultant remains the client-facing advisor.
Who owns the client relationship?
We will not bypass the consultant, EPC advisor or procurement partner. The partner remains the client-facing advisor unless agreed otherwise in writing.
What does Global B2B Group not do?
It does not sell equipment, does not lend, does not underwrite, does not guarantee financing and does not replace the consultant's role with the end client.

Six steps — you stay in front of the client
1. You share the project brief
Send the scope, sector, country, budget band and timeline through the partner intake form. No client identity is required at this stage.
2. We structure the RFQ
We turn the brief into a comparable RFQ package: technical scope, capacity assumptions, delivery terms, documentation and evaluation criteria.
3. Supplier discovery and routing
We route the RFQ to relevant third-party suppliers, manufacturers and EPC partners in our network and gather structured responses.
4. Supplier comparison
You receive a side-by-side comparison — scope, price basis, lead time, references, compliance documentation — in your own format if you use white-label support.
5. Financing direction (optional)
Financing is third-party introductions only. Global B2B Group does not lend, underwrite, advise on or arrange regulated financial products; every financing, leasing, trade-finance, working-capital or project-finance option is provided by independent providers subject to their own eligibility, KYC, due diligence, approval, terms and documentation. No approval or outcome is guaranteed.
6. You present to your client
You stay the client-facing advisor. We support in the background, join technical calls only if you invite us, and never contact your client without written approval.
Supplier sourcing, RFQ structuring and financing direction
Supplier sourcing support
Supplier discovery across cold chain, aquaculture, poultry and hatchery, agriculture and seed processing, animal feed, food processing and general industrial equipment.
- —Third-party supplier shortlists based on scope fit, not payment
- —Capability, capacity and reference checks documented in writing
- —Category coverage across multiple industrial sectors in one project
RFQ and procurement support
Most industrial projects lose time because the RFQ is incomplete. We structure it so responses are comparable line by line.
- —Technical scope, capacity, utilities and delivery terms
- —Evaluation grid and scoring criteria for supplier comparison
- —Tender-ready documentation structure for public and EPC procurement
Project financing direction
Financing is third-party introductions only. Global B2B Group does not lend, underwrite, advise on or arrange regulated financial products; every financing, leasing, trade-finance, working-capital or project-finance option is provided by independent providers subject to their own eligibility, KYC, due diligence, approval, terms and documentation. No approval or outcome is guaranteed.
- —Bankability review of the RFQ package before lender conversations
- —Introductions to independent banks, ECAs, leasing and development finance providers
- —No credit decisions, no underwriting, no guarantee of funding
Multi-sector project support
Consultants running mixed scopes — cold storage plus processing plus feed, or an EPC package spanning several categories — get one coordinated RFQ instead of a dozen separate supplier threads.
Transparent, agreed in writing before work starts
Referral fee
Paid when a supplier introduction you originated converts into a signed supply contract. Suitable for consultants who prefer to stay outside the commercial process.
Success fee
Agreed per project and triggered at contract signature between your client and the third-party supplier.
Project commission (staged)
Split across contract signature, down payment and delivery milestones for larger multi-package projects.
White-label support
We deliver the RFQ package, supplier comparison and documentation under your brand. You remain the only party your client sees.
Suggested ranges by project size
Indicative and always agreed in writing before work starts: larger projects carry lower percentages and higher absolute value.
- —USD 250,000 – 1,000,000: typically the highest percentage band
- —USD 1,000,000 – 5,000,000: mid band, staged against milestones
- —Above USD 5,000,000: negotiated per project, usually fixed-fee or blended
Repeat clients and recurring procurement
A client you introduce stays attributed to you. Repeat orders, expansions and follow-on packages from the same client continue under the same partner agreement, including recurring procurement deals.
Multiple projects from the same consultant
Partners bringing several projects per year move to a framework agreement with consolidated terms rather than per-project negotiation.
NDA and no-circumvention
We will not bypass the consultant, EPC advisor or procurement partner. The partner remains the client-facing advisor unless agreed otherwise in writing. NDA and no-circumvention agreements are available on request and signed before supplier routing begins.
Will you contact my client directly?
Only with your written approval. Otherwise every communication runs through you.
What if I already work with suppliers?
Keep them. We add comparison depth and cover categories where you have no established supplier.
Can this be white-label?
Yes — RFQ package, supplier comparison and documentation delivered under your brand.
Can you help compare suppliers technically?
Yes. Scope, capacity, utilities, lead time, references and compliance documentation in one evaluation grid.
Can you support tenders and formal procurement documents?
Yes, including public and EPC tender structures. We do not submit bids on your behalf.
Apply to the partner program
Tell us about you and one live project. Higher-value, funded, tender-backed and multi-project applications are routed to a senior partner manager first.
Frequently asked questions
What is an industrial consultant partner program?
An industrial consultant partner program is a structured back-office arrangement in which a procurement ecosystem supports independent consultants, EPC advisors and procurement teams with supplier discovery, RFQ structuring and supplier comparison, while the consultant keeps the client relationship. Global B2B Group runs such a program for industrial projects from USD $250,000 upward.
How can procurement consultants find verified suppliers?
By defining the technical scope first and then routing a structured RFQ to suppliers whose capability, capacity and references can be documented. Global B2B Group performs this routing on behalf of consultants and returns a written comparison. Suppliers are assessed on scope fit and documentation — Supplier-neutral: suppliers cannot pay for inclusion, ranking, placement or recommendation. Global B2B Group is compensated by the supplier side only after a project the buyer selected proceeds, and that fee does not influence who is invited or how bids are scored.
How can EPC advisors prepare better RFQs?
A comparable RFQ fixes scope boundaries, capacity assumptions, utilities, delivery terms, documentation requirements and an evaluation grid before it is issued. We prepare this package with the advisor and keep it in a format that can be reused for tender submissions.
How does Global B2B Group support consultants?
We do not replace consultants. We support consultants, EPC advisors and procurement teams behind the scenes with supplier discovery, RFQ structuring, project matching, supplier comparison, financing direction and procurement support — while the consultant keeps control of the client relationship.
Can consultants keep control of their client relationship?
We will not bypass the consultant, EPC advisor or procurement partner. The partner remains the client-facing advisor unless agreed otherwise in writing. White-label delivery is available so all documentation reaches your client under your brand.
Does Global B2B Group contact the consultant's client directly?
No. We contact the end client only with the consultant's written approval, and we join technical or supplier calls only when the consultant invites us.
How are partner commissions handled?
Through a referral fee, success fee, staged project commission or a fixed white-label support fee. The model, the trigger and the amount are agreed in writing before supplier routing begins. Free for buyers. Global B2B Group is compensated by the supplier side, only after a project proceeds.
Can Global B2B Group support multi-sector industrial projects?
Yes. Cold chain, aquaculture, poultry and hatchery, agriculture and seed processing, animal feed, food processing and general industrial equipment can be handled inside one coordinated RFQ and one supplier comparison.
Can Global B2B Group help with supplier sourcing and financing direction?
Supplier sourcing and RFQ structuring are the core service.
What project size do you work with?
Industrial procurement projects from USD $250,000 upward. Smaller enquiries are usually better served by direct supplier contact.
