50-Hectare Hydroponic Tomato Greenhouse Complex is a delivered industrial project delivered by SeedMatch on behalf of an industrial buyer in Kazakhstan (Central Asia). Buyer-side sourcing and project coordination for a 50-hectare Venlo-type hydroponic greenhouse producing beefsteak, cluster and cocktail tomatoes for the Central Asian retail market. SeedMatch matched the owner with a qualified Dutch greenhouse EPC, a Spanish climate-control OEM and a specialist hybrid-seed producer under a single procurement track. The engagement was run as a procurement track with no paid placement — Global B2B Group and SeedMatch represented the project owner, shortlisted qualified international suppliers, negotiated bankable commercial terms and coordinated financing readiness end-to-end.
Key procurement workstreams included Site feasibility and yield modelling (kg / m² / year targets); RFQ management across 11 qualified greenhouse EPCs; Climate, screening and CO₂-dosing package tender. Technical specifications targeted footprint of 50 ha covered, target yield of 70 kg / m² / year, employment of 420 jobs, benchmarked against comparable Central Asia projects in the SeedMatch reference base. All decisions — from OEM shortlist to contract award — remained fully with the project owner, preserving the independence and buyer-first governance that defines Global B2B Group engagements.
