These Buyer Terms apply when you use Global B2B Group to explore suppliers, build an RFQ, request a briefing, use the calculators, or receive an introduction to a supplier, contractor, financier or partner. They apply in addition to the Terms of Service and the RFQ Terms.
1. Who is a buyer
You are a "Buyer" if you use the Platform to plan, prepare, source, finance or contract industrial equipment, systems or services. Typical Buyers include procurement teams, EPC contractors, governments, food companies, agricultural groups and industrial developers.
2. Independent introduction only
Global B2B Group introduces you to potential counterparties. It does not act as seller, buyer, agent, broker or fiduciary and is not a party to any contract, purchase order, letter of intent, guarantee or payment between you and a supplier or financier.
3. Buyer responsibilities
- Provide accurate identity, project scope, budget and timeline information.
- Perform your own technical, commercial, financial, legal and regulatory due diligence.
- Comply with all applicable import, export, customs, tax, health, safety and environmental laws.
- Negotiate contracts, payment terms, incoterms, warranties and dispute resolution directly with the counterparty.
- Arrange inspections, insurance and logistics as needed for your project.
4. No financing guarantee
Any indications of financing eligibility, structures, timelines or amounts are directional only. All financing is subject to independent underwriting, KYC/AML review and approval by the relevant institution. See the Financing Disclaimer.
5. Confidentiality of your project
RFQs and briefs you submit are treated as commercially confidential and are shared only with the suppliers or partners needed to respond to your request. See the RFQ Terms for detail.
6. Anti-fraud and compliance
You must not submit RFQs on behalf of undisclosed third parties, use false identities, misrepresent project size or purpose, or use the Platform in furtherance of fraud, money laundering, corruption or sanctions evasion. 7. Fees
Global B2B Group does not charge Buyers to submit an RFQ or receive introductions from the core marketplace. Advisory, workspace and premium services may carry fees which will be presented before you commit.
8. Suspension and termination
Global B2B Group reserves the right to reject, suspend or permanently terminate any Buyer account, RFQ or introduction where it has a reasonable basis to believe the Buyer has engaged in any prohibited activity described in the Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
9. Limitation of liability
Buyers acknowledge the limitation of liability in section 13 of the Terms of Service and agree to the indemnification obligations in section 14. Global B2B Group is not liable for supplier performance, product quality, delivery, price, financing outcome or project result.
