RFQ Terms

Last updated: November 2026 · Version 3.0 · Governing law: Republic of Cyprus

These RFQ Terms govern content, ownership, routing, confidentiality and permitted use of Requests for Quotation ("RFQs") and related briefs, attachments and project files ("RFQ Content") prepared, saved or submitted through the Global B2B Group RFQ Builder or workspace. They apply in addition to the Terms of Service, the Buyer Terms and the Supplier Terms.

1. Ownership of RFQ Content

You retain ownership of the RFQ Content you submit. By submitting it, you grant Global B2B Group a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, translate, excerpt and transmit the RFQ Content as needed to operate the Platform, route your request to selected counterparties, generate PDFs and deliver the services you have asked for.

2. Accuracy of RFQ Content

You represent that the RFQ Content is accurate, that you have authority to submit it, and that its distribution to potential counterparties does not violate any confidentiality, contractual or IP obligation to a third party.

3. Routing and distribution

RFQ Content is routed to a limited set of counterparties selected by algorithm and human review as appropriate. Global B2B Group does not publish full RFQ Content on public pages. Anonymised or aggregated data (e.g. category volumes, geographic trends) may be used for market research and Platform improvement.

4. Confidentiality by recipients

Suppliers and other recipients accept confidentiality obligations under the Supplier Terms — they may use the RFQ Content only to prepare a bona-fide proposal for the specific project and may not resell, syndicate, scrape or repurpose it.

5. Prohibited RFQ Content

You must not submit RFQ Content that: contains false or misleading information; conceals the true beneficiary of the project; is intended for money laundering, sanctions evasion, corruption, terrorism financing or any illegal purpose; infringes any third party's IP or confidentiality; contains personal data you are not authorised to share; or is materially below the platform's minimum project scope. See the AML & CTF Policy, Sanctions & Export Compliance and Fraud Prevention Policy.

6. No binding offer

Submitting an RFQ, receiving a quote, or being introduced to a supplier does not create a binding contract between you and any counterparty. Contracts are formed only through direct written agreement between the buyer and the supplier, outside the Platform.

7. Quotes and pricing

Quotes returned by suppliers are their own commercial statements. Prices, timelines, capacities, certifications and incoterms are the sole responsibility of the issuing supplier and must be independently verified by the buyer.

8. Retention

RFQ Content is retained for as long as needed to service the request and, thereafter, for the retention periods set out in the Privacy Policy.

9. Revocation

You may withdraw an active RFQ at any time. Global B2B Group cannot recall RFQ Content that has already been shared with a counterparty but will notify the counterparty of the withdrawal on request.
