Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out conduct that is prohibited on the Global B2B Group platform. It applies to every user, whether a buyer, supplier, representative, investor, partner or visitor. Breach of this AUP is a material breach of the Terms of Service.

1. Prohibited activity

You must not use the Platform to:

  • Commit or facilitate fraud or provide false information;
  • Engage in identity abuse, impersonation or unauthorised representation;
  • Facilitate money laundering or terrorist financing;
  • Engage in corruption, bribery or facilitation payments;
  • Violate international sanctions or export-control regimes;
  • Infringe any intellectual-property right;
  • Engage in any illegal activity or misuse of the marketplace;
  • Distribute malware, phishing content, spam or unsolicited commercial communications;
  • Scrape, crawl or bulk-extract Platform content without prior written consent;
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, probe, penetrate or disrupt the security of the Platform;
  • Circumvent access controls, rate limits or paywalls;
  • Upload personal data of third parties you are not authorised to share;
  • Use the Platform to harass, threaten, defame or harm any person or organisation.

2. Content standards

Any content you submit must be lawful, accurate, non-infringing, non-misleading and appropriate for a professional business context. It must not contain hate speech, obscenity, incitement to violence, or content harmful to minors.

3. Automated access

Programmatic access is permitted only through documented APIs, subject to any applicable rate limits and terms. Unauthorised scraping is prohibited and may be blocked.

4. Security

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, network or data, interfere with service delivery, or run any test, scan or attack without written authorisation. See the Responsible Disclosure Policy.

5. Reporting

Report abuse, suspicious activity, fraud, IP infringement or account compromise to abuse@globalb2bgroup.com or security@globalb2bgroup.com.

6. Enforcement

Global B2B Group may investigate suspected breaches, request documentation from the user, preserve or disclose data where required by law, and, at its discretion and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, warn, restrict, suspend or permanently terminate any account, RFQ, listing or introduction associated with a breach. Enforcement does not limit any other remedy available to Global B2B Group or to affected third parties.
