Code of Conduct

Last updated: November 2026 · Version 3.0 · Governing law: Republic of Cyprus

This Code of Conduct sets out the business-ethics standards Global B2B Group expects from every buyer, supplier, representative, investor and partner using the Platform. It works together with the Acceptable Use Policy, the Anti-Bribery Policy, the AML & CTF Policy and the Sanctions & Export Compliance policy.

1. Integrity and honesty

Act with integrity in every interaction. Provide accurate information about identity, capabilities, capacity, certifications, ownership and financial standing. Do not conceal the true beneficiary of a project or contract.

2. Fair dealing

Deal fairly with counterparties. Do not misuse confidential information received through the Platform, undermine ongoing negotiations, or engage in deceptive marketing.

3. Zero tolerance for bribery and corruption

Do not offer, give, request or accept any bribe, kickback, facilitation payment or improper advantage to influence any Platform introduction, procurement decision or financing route. See the Anti-Bribery Policy.

4. Compliance with law

Comply with all applicable laws, including anti-money laundering, sanctions, export controls, tax, labour, health, safety, environmental and data-protection laws.

5. Human rights and labour

Respect internationally recognised human rights. Do not use forced or child labour, and maintain a safe and lawful workplace. Where applicable, apply modern-slavery due diligence to your own supply chain.

6. Conflict of interest

Disclose any actual or apparent conflict of interest that could reasonably be seen to influence a Platform introduction or transaction.

7. Confidentiality

Treat RFQ Content, buyer briefs, project information and personal data received through the Platform as commercially confidential. Use them only for the specific business purpose for which they were shared.

8. Environment and sustainability

Where relevant to the project, apply reasonable environmental and sustainability practices, including compliance with local permitting, waste, water and emissions rules.

9. Reporting concerns

Report suspected breaches of this Code (including fraud, corruption, sanctions issues or misuse of confidential data) to ethics@globalb2bgroup.com. Reports are handled confidentially and without retaliation, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Consequences

Breach of this Code may result in warning, restriction, suspension or termination of Platform access, at Global B2B Group's discretion and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in addition to any legal remedy available to affected parties.
