Third-Party Services Disclaimer

Last updated: November 2026 · Version 3.0 · Governing law: Republic of Cyprus

The Global B2B Group platform relies on a set of vetted third-party services for hosting, storage, email, security, analytics, translation, AI and communication. This disclaimer explains what you should know about them. Read together with the Privacy Policy and the Data & Cyber Security Policy.

1. Current sub-processors

The core sub-processors currently include Supabase (database, authentication, storage), Cloudflare (hosting, CDN, WAF), Resend (transactional email), and selected analytics and AI providers. A current list is available on request from legal@globalb2bgroup.com.

2. Providers' own terms

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy notices and security commitments. Global B2B Group does not control and does not warrant their content, accuracy, availability or practices.

3. Data-processing agreements

Where required by GDPR, UK GDPR or equivalent law, Global B2B Group has entered into data-processing agreements with its sub-processors and relies on Standard Contractual Clauses or Adequacy Decisions for international transfers.

4. Availability

Third-party outages or degradation can affect Platform availability. Global B2B Group monitors its providers but disclaims liability for third-party downtime, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

5. Payments

Where payment for Platform services is processed by a third party, that transaction is governed by the payment processor's terms. Global B2B Group does not store full card numbers on its own infrastructure.

6. Changes

Global B2B Group may add, remove or replace sub-processors from time to time and will maintain equivalent contractual and security safeguards.
