Last updated: November 2026 · Version 3.0 · Governing law: Republic of Cyprus

This Intellectual Property Policy explains how intellectual property is owned, licensed and protected on the Global B2B Group platform. It applies alongside the Copyright & Takedown Policy and the Trademark Notice.

1. Platform IP

All content, layout, structure, design, code, databases, calculators, workflows, brand names, logos and creative outputs of the Platform are the property of Global B2B Group or its licensors and are protected by copyright, database rights, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

2. Limited licence to users

Global B2B Group grants each user a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended business purpose. Nothing on the Platform may be copied, republished, distributed, framed, mirrored, scraped, resold or used to train a machine-learning system without prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.

3. User submissions

You retain ownership of content you submit (RFQs, files, testimonials, feedback). You grant Global B2B Group the licence described in section 8 of the Terms of Service to operate the Platform and provide the services you requested.

4. Third-party IP

References to third-party products, standards, logos or brand names on the Platform are for identification and information only and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation.

5. Notice-and-takedown

Rights holders who believe content on the Platform infringes their IP should follow the Copyright & Takedown Policy.
