Last updated: November 2026 · Version 3.0 · Governing law: Republic of Cyprus

Global B2B Group respects intellectual-property rights and expects the same of its users. This Copyright & Takedown Policy explains how rights holders can notify the Platform of alleged copyright infringement.

1. Submitting a notice

Send a written notice to ip@globalb2bgroup.com including:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material, with a URL or clear locator;
  • Your contact details (name, address, email, phone);
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or law;
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on its behalf;
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

2. What we do

On receipt of a complete notice, Global B2B Group will review the report, may contact the user who submitted the material, and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material.

3. Counter-notice

The user whose material has been removed may submit a counter-notice explaining why the removal was in error. Global B2B Group may restore the material where the counter-notice is well-founded and no legal action is filed against the user within a reasonable time.

4. Repeat infringers

Global B2B Group may terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
