1. AI output is not advice
AI-generated or AI-assisted output is informational only. It is not engineering, legal, financial, tax, investment, customs, insurance or professional advice, and must not be relied upon as such. Verify anything material with a qualified professional.
2. Accuracy limits
AI models can be inaccurate, out of date or biased. They can hallucinate figures, citations, regulatory references and supplier details. Always cross-check facts, specifications, prices, standards and country rules before making a commercial decision.
3. Human review
Where AI produces content that materially affects your rights or a transaction, a human review process is available on request. Contact legal@globalb2bgroup.com.
4. Data handling
Inputs to AI features may be processed by third-party AI providers under contract with Global B2B Group. Sensitive data is minimised. See the Privacy Policy and the Third-Party Services Disclaimer.
5. No training on private RFQ Content without consent
Confidential RFQ Content is not used to train third-party foundation models without a clear legal basis and, where required, your consent. Aggregated, de-identified metrics may be used to improve routing and quality.
6. Attribution and traceability
Where practical, AI-assisted content on the Platform is labelled or otherwise distinguishable from human-authored material.
