How suppliers are considered for managed industrial RFQs

Submit your company profile, capabilities, service regions, technical documentation and qualification evidence through the supplier application. Our team reviews it. When a buyer submits a project RFQ (from USD 250,000) that fits your scope, our team may invite you to quote and then coordinates the RFQ on the buyer's behalf. Applying does not guarantee RFQs, contracts or buyer contact.

What “managed RFQ” means here

A managed RFQ is a buyer's project request that Global B2B Group reviews, structures into a comparable specification and sends to selected suppliers. Our team handles questions and collects proposals; suppliers do not receive buyer contact details, and buyers do not browse a public supplier directory.

Review and participation steps

  1. 1.Apply: send company, capability, region and document details through the supplier application.
  2. 2.Review: our team checks scope, references and evidence and may ask follow-up questions.
  3. 3.Invitation: when a buyer-submitted RFQ matches your scope, region and capacity, our team may invite you to quote on that RFQ.
  4. 4.Coordination: our team relays clarifications, collects proposals and normalizes them for the buyer. The buyer decides; we do not share contact details either way.

Questions

How are qualified suppliers considered for industrial projects?
Only after a buyer submits an RFQ. Our team compares the RFQ's scope, capacity, region and compliance needs with reviewed supplier profiles and may invite suppliers whose evidence fits. Being reviewed does not guarantee an invitation.
What do buyers need to include in an RFQ?
The product and required output, process and utilities, site country and status, quality and compliance requirements, budget range and timeline. Projects start at USD 250,000; the buyer service is free.
Does applying guarantee RFQs or contracts?
No. Applying is free, and invitations depend entirely on buyer-submitted projects that match your scope.
Will I get buyer contact details or appear in a directory?
No. Global B2B Group coordinates the RFQ on the buyer's behalf and does not publish a supplier directory or share contact details.
