Register, Get Approved, Manage Your Machinery Profile
How industrial machinery and production-line manufacturers join Global B2B Group: free registration, manual approval review, and an always-current manufacturer profile.
Directory membership is not lead purchasing. Buyer projects reach you only after our team reviews the fit — read the controlled introductions policy.
Register in the supplier directory with accurate manufacturing scope and capability evidence. A human reviewer verifies authenticity before anything becomes visible. Once approved, keep your profile and documents current in the supplier portal — that profile is what the review team uses when a matching machinery or production-line project arrives.
Step 1 — Register your manufacturing company
Registration is free and starts in the supplier directory. Describe what you actually build: machine types, production-line configurations, industries served, reference projects and the markets you export to. Be specific about capacities, standards and specializations — a precise profile is reviewed faster and matched more accurately when a relevant project arrives.
- Company identity — legal name, country, website and contact person
- Manufacturing scope — machine families, line types, automation levels and industries
- Capability evidence — reference projects, export markets, certifications and standards
- Registration is free; visibility begins only after approval
Step 2 — Pass the manual approval review
Every manufacturer registration is reviewed by a human before it appears anywhere. Global B2B Group is a procurement and project-development group, not an open marketplace: the directory exists to support serious industrial projects, so listings are verified for authenticity, manufacturing scope and completeness. Approval is not automatic and not guaranteed — incomplete or unverifiable registrations may be rejected or returned for clarification.
- Human review — no automatic approval
- Authenticity check — company identity and manufacturing claims must be verifiable
- Scope accuracy — listed machines and lines must match what you actually produce
- Rejected or incomplete registrations can be corrected and resubmitted
Step 3 — Maintain your profile in the supplier portal
Approved manufacturers receive access to the supplier portal to keep their listing current: update machine models, add new production-line capabilities, and upload supporting documents such as certifications, reference letters and factory acceptance records. Documents are stored privately and used in project reviews — they are not published. An accurate, current profile is what allows the review team to consider you when a matching machinery or production-line project arrives.
- Update machine models and production-line scope as your offering evolves
- Upload certifications, reference documents and factory records to private storage
- Profile activity is logged — keep information accurate and current
- Buyers see an anonymized record: considered / shortlisted / introduced counts

Manufacturer Questions
Does registration guarantee RFQs or buyer inquiries?
No. Global B2B Group is a procurement and project-development group, not a lead marketplace. Approved manufacturers are considered when a relevant project arrives, and introductions happen after human review of the specific project — not through automated matching or purchased leads.
Is there a fee to register as a manufacturer?
Registration and profile maintenance are free. Global B2B Group operates on a supplier-side fee model that applies only in the context of actual commercial engagement — not for listing, registration or approval.
Who sees my uploaded documents?
Documents uploaded through the supplier portal are stored in private storage and used by the review team during project evaluation. They are not published in the directory or shared publicly.
What do buyers see on my manufacturer profile?
Buyers see your company credentials, manufacturing scope, certifications and capabilities, plus an anonymized engagement record — how many times your company was considered, shortlisted or introduced. No project details or buyer identities are exposed.
Can I register if we build custom or special-purpose machinery?
Yes. Custom, special-purpose and production-line manufacturers are the core audience for the directory. The more detail you provide about the types of projects you have delivered, the easier it is for the review team to match you to the right buyer requirement.
How are buyer introductions controlled?
Commercial introductions are never automatic. Every introduction follows the controlled introduction workflow: project structuring, technology-supported research, human review, fit validation and approval by David or an authorized Global B2B Group team member. Read the controlled introductions policy for the full process.
