Controlled introductions: your project is reviewed before manufacturers are introduced

Our technology helps structure the requirement and identify potentially suitable options. Our team then reviews the fit. When there is a meaningful match, we coordinate the introduction.

The path every request follows
  1. Buyer submits the project
  2. Requirement is structured
  3. Technology-supported manufacturer research
  4. Human review
  5. Fit validation
  6. David / authorized team approval
  7. Coordinated introduction

Not another open supplier marketplace

  • Not another open supplier marketplace.
  • Your project is reviewed before manufacturers are introduced.
  • Technology for the research. Humans for the commercial match.
  • We do not blast your RFQ to random suppliers.
  • Less supplier noise. Better manufacturer fit.
  • Be found for the projects you actually fit.

How project introductions work

  1. 1. Submit the project

Tell Global B2B Group what you need to build, buy or arrange. One request, one point of contact — not an enquiry blasted to a supplier list.

  2. 2. Structure the requirement

Our tools organise product, capacity, process, utilities, site, standards, budget range and timeline, and flag what is still missing.

  3. 3. Research the market

We research manufacturers, technologies and approaches that could realistically serve the project. A match score is research output, never an approval.

  4. 4. Human review

Our team validates technical and commercial fit, and asks the manufacturer for clarification where needed — without exposing the buyer.

  5. 5. Approved introduction

Only David or an authorized Global B2B Group team member may approve an introduction. Only then is relevant contact information shared.

  6. 6. Project continues

Buyer and manufacturer progress through their own technical and commercial process, with coordination support where useful.

What buyers get

Tell us what you need to build or source. Our technology helps structure the project and research potential manufacturers. Our team reviews the fit and coordinates introductions when a relevant match is identified.

  • No need to contact dozens of manufacturers yourself
  • Less supplier spam and fewer wasted conversations
  • Better-structured requirements before anyone quotes
  • More relevant manufacturers and operators
  • Comparable quotations instead of mismatched scopes
  • One human point of contact throughout

What manufacturers and suppliers get

Global B2B Group is built around qualified project introductions rather than uncontrolled lead distribution. If your capabilities appear relevant to a reviewed buyer project, our team may contact you to clarify technical or commercial fit. Only when there is a meaningful potential match do we coordinate an introduction.

  • Fewer irrelevant enquiries and incomplete RFQs
  • Better-structured technical and commercial project information
  • Clear capacity, standards and site requirements up front
  • Less sales-team time spent on projects that do not fit
  • Human filtering before any introduction
  • Focus on projects your capabilities actually match

Manufacturers can register and maintain a profile in the supplier directory and follow the supplier guide. Registration does not provide access to buyer enquiries or buyer contact information.

Questions buyers and manufacturers ask

Can a buyer contact a manufacturer directly through Global B2B Group?

No. Buyers submit a project to Global B2B Group. The requirement is structured and researched, our team validates fit, and only an authorized team member may approve and coordinate the introduction.

Does directory registration give a manufacturer access to buyer enquiries?

No. The directory supports research and discovery. It does not provide access to private buyer leads, buyer contact details or lead purchasing. Manufacturers are contacted only when a reviewed project appears relevant to their capabilities.

Can an AI agent create an introduction?

No. AI agents may research public profiles, run calculators, structure a project and submit an RFQ. They cannot access private buyer data, approve introductions or open a direct buyer–supplier channel.

Why is a human involved at all?

Industrial procurement is too complex for automatic matching. A match score is research output. A human confirms technical and commercial fit so buyers avoid unsuitable suppliers and manufacturers avoid irrelevant enquiries.

When is buyer contact information shared?

Only after an authorized approval. Before that, manufacturers may receive limited or anonymised technical information needed to assess fit.

Start with the project

Submit the requirement once. We structure it, research the market and coordinate an introduction only when there is a meaningful fit.
