For South African producers and exporters

Supplier onboarding for South African growers, packhouses and exporters

Avocados, tomatoes, cherries and other fresh produce: tell our team what you grow or pack so we can consider you when a reviewed commercial buyer request fits. Global B2B Group is a procurement platform — not a grower, packer, exporter, importer or trader — and buyer requests we take on are typically supply programmes of USD 250,000 or more.

  • Your profile is private: it is not published and not shown to buyers.
  • No promise of buyer access, orders, volumes or prices. We contact you only when a reviewed request fits.
  • Buyer names, requests and project files are never shared before review and the buyer's authorisation.
  • No paid placement. Submitting is free; the only fee is a supplier-side success fee after a completed transaction.

How submissions are handled

  1. Step 1

    Submit your profile

Business, crops and varieties, seasons, volume range, packhouse, certificates with expiry dates, export markets, logistics and a commercial contact.

  2. Step 2

    Team review and screening

Our team reviews the details and runs a compliance check. Certificates are recorded as your claim until checked with the issuer.

  3. Step 3

    Matched to a reviewed request

When a reviewed buyer request fits what you supply, our team contacts you. Buyer identities and request details are shared only after review and the buyer's authorisation.

  4. Step 4

    Proposal through our team

You quote against the structured request. Contact and comparison run through our team — buyers and suppliers are not connected directly.

What to have ready

  • Crops, varieties and the harvest or packing window for each
  • An indicative season volume range (an estimate, not a commitment)
  • Packhouse: own or contracted, packing formats and carton sizes
  • Certificate names and expiry dates (for example GLOBALG.A.P., SIZA, BRCGS — whichever you actually hold)
  • Export inspection or registration details where your products require them
  • Markets you already ship to and the logistics you handle (FOB/FCA, reefer bookings, air freight, documents)

Already export through an appointed exporter or marketing company? Say so on the form — existing commercial arrangements are taken into account, and we do not ask anyone to bypass them.

Producer and exporter listing

Your listing goes to our team for review. It is not published, and buyers do not receive your contact details: we contact you when a reviewed buyer request matches what you supply.

Everything you enter is recorded as your own statement. We mark details as verified only after our team has checked the evidence (for example a certificate with its issuer).

Submitting a listing is free. Global B2B Group's only fee is a supplier-side success fee after a completed transaction; no fee rates are set on this form.

Fields marked * are required. Everything else is optional — leave blank what you don't know.

Questions from producers

Is Global B2B Group a grower, exporter or buyer?

No. Global B2B Group is a procurement platform run by a project team. We do not grow, pack, export, import, buy or sell produce, and we do not hold stock.

Does submitting guarantee buyer access or orders?

No. Submitting puts your details into a private review queue. We contact you only when a reviewed buyer request fits what you supply, and there is no promise of buyer access, orders, volumes or prices.

Will my listing be published or shown to buyers?

No. Your listing is not published and is not shown to buyers. Our team uses it to decide whom to approach for a specific reviewed request.

Will I receive buyer names or request details?

Not before review. Buyer identities, requests and project files are shared only after our team has reviewed the request and the buyer has authorised it. Contact and proposals run through our team.

Does it cost anything to submit?

Submitting is free. Global B2B Group's only fee is a supplier-side success fee after a completed transaction; no fee rates are set on this form.

Who is responsible for export and import requirements?

Your organisation is responsible for the products and shipments it offers and supplies meeting the requirements of South Africa and of each destination, where relevant — for example phytosanitary certificates, any destination import protocol, pesticide residue limits, grading, packing and labelling rules, traceability and export documents. Buyers handle their own import permissions and local requirements. Global B2B Group does not export the goods and does not guarantee any supplier's compliance. Requirements differ by product and destination, and this is not legal advice.

I already export through an appointed exporter. Can I still submit?

Yes. Tell us on the form. Our team takes existing commercial arrangements into account and does not ask you to bypass them.
