Global Supplier Sourcing Services

We shortlist qualified suppliers for industrial procurement projects — manufacturers, EPCs, engineering firms and specialist service providers. Every supplier is vetted for technical capability, financial standing and delivery track record before entering the shortlist.

Buyers looking for qualified international suppliers

How suppliers are qualified

Financial standing, delivery references from projects of comparable scope and geography, technical certifications relevant to the specification, HSE record, and — where relevant — country of origin for export credit or local content compliance.

No pay-to-play

Suppliers do not pay to appear on our shortlists. Ranking is by fit for the specific project, not by ad spend or listing fee. That is what makes us useful to procurement teams whose decisions are scrutinised by boards and auditors.

Coverage

The network covers industrial cold chain, aquaculture systems, poultry infrastructure, seeds and irrigation, greenhouses, food processing lines, EPC contractors and specialist engineering across 40+ countries — with the deepest coverage in Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and the Americas.

You keep the relationship

Once a supplier is awarded a contract, the commercial relationship is directly between the buyer and the supplier. We do not sit between the two parties; we do not take a spread on future orders.

Managed industrial procurement services

Requirement scoping, qualified supplier sourcing, RFQ management, bid normalisation and financing routing for capital equipment and EPC projects — free for buyers. See the procurement service scope, eight-step process and pricing model, or start with the industrial RFQ guide.

FAQ

What does supplier sourcing include?

Understanding the specification, building a longlist of technically capable suppliers in the relevant geography, screening for financial standing and references, and delivering a shortlist of 3–8 qualified suppliers ready to receive the RFQ.

How is a supplier qualified?

Financial screening, project references, technical certifications, HSE record and — where required by ECA or local content rules — country of origin. Every supplier signs off on the specific project brief before entering the shortlist.

How large is your supplier network?

Several thousand suppliers across 40+ countries, with the deepest coverage in industrial cold chain, aquaculture, poultry, seeds and irrigation, greenhouses and EPC. We add suppliers as project demand requires.

Can I bring my own suppliers into the process?

Yes. Most procurement projects mix incumbent suppliers with new candidates. Everyone receives the same RFQ pack and is evaluated against the same criteria.

Do suppliers pay you?

No. Suppliers do not pay to be shortlisted and do not pay a commission on awarded contracts. Our compensation is transparent to the buyer at the start of the engagement.
