2. Governing law and jurisdiction
Use of the Platform and any services provided through it is governed by the published legal policies of Global B2B Group and the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, except where mandatory local consumer, data-protection or trade law applies. The courts of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights available to consumers in their country of residence.
3. Independent platform
Global B2B Group is an independent B2B marketplace and business-introduction platform. It does not manufacture products, certify suppliers, or provide engineering, financial or legal advice. Financing content is informational only and subject to independent underwriting and approval. Users remain responsible for their own technical, engineering, legal and commercial due diligence.
4. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, logos, brand names and software are the property of Global B2B Group or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by applicable law. 5. Portfolio brands
Global B2B Group is the parent of vertical B2B platforms including ColdMatch, HatchMatch, FishMatch and SeedMatch. Each platform may publish its own legal documentation adapted to the specific risks of its industry; the group-level Legal Center remains the baseline.
6. Regulatory statements
Global B2B Group is not a regulated financial institution, credit intermediary, insurer, customs broker, licensed inspector or legal-services provider. Where regulated services appear on the Platform, they are provided by third parties under their own regulatory regime.
