Country project cost planner: CAPEX, TCO and RFQ budget

Choose a project country and enter your own assumptions. See a direct CAPEX answer, the cost formula and an undiscounted total-cost estimate before preparing a reviewed RFQ.

Project assumptions

USD figures below are editable hypothetical starting points, not prices for your country.

Cost answer

$1,251,250 Estimated project CAPEX

Equipment CAPEX
$920,000
Installed CAPEX
$1,250,000
Contingency
$1,250
10-year total cost (undiscounted)
$3,051,250

Project budget scenarios

Apply the editable sensitivity to your entered project CAPEX and annual operating cost. These are arithmetic alternatives, not local price forecasts.

CaseProject CAPEX10-year total
Base$1,251,250$3,051,250
Lower-cost case$1,063,563$2,593,563
Higher-cost case$1,438,938$3,508,938

How the answer is calculated

Installed CAPEX = machinery + auxiliaries + freight + installation + civil works. Project CAPEX = installed CAPEX + contingency. 10-year total cost = project CAPEX + ($180,000 annual OPEX × 10).

No country-specific price is implied by selecting a country. Taxes, duties, financing, local constraints and engineering validation are excluded. Replace all assumptions with verified project figures before procurement.

Prepare the project request

Add your process, capacity, site conditions, utilities, scope and acceptance criteria to these assumptions. The RFQ builder carries the estimate forward for your review before submission. Global B2B Group then reviews the brief and researches potential fits; no supplier receives it automatically. Any introduction requires approval by the Global B2B Group project team or an authorized team member.

Complete project workflow

From first estimate to reviewed project decision

Use the stages that fit your project. Calculator results can feed the editable RFQ; the saved RFQ becomes the baseline for readiness and proposal comparison.

  1. 1. PlanScope, capacity, utilities, CAPEX and lifecycle cost.
  2. 2. Test financeDebt capacity, DSCR and independent-provider pathways.
  3. 3. Define FATWrite measurable acceptance and release criteria.
  4. 4. Build RFQTurn assumptions into one editable procurement brief.
  5. 5. Check readinessFind missing scope before the RFQ is reviewed.
  6. 6. CompareEqualize proposals against the approved RFQ baseline.
  7. 7. Human reviewGlobal B2B Group reviews the project before any approved introduction.

No supplier contact, specialist-platform routing, financing decision or introduction happens automatically. Final action requires Global B2B Group and authorized-team approval.
