From product idea to production line

What do you want to manufacture?

Tell us the product, the capacity you need and the country. Global B2B Group structures the manufacturing process, the production line, the utilities, the factory requirement and an indicative CAPEX — then converts it into a supplier-neutral RFQ. Free for buyers.

What do you want to manufacture?

Describe the finished product, the capacity and the country in your own words. You do not need to know the machine names — we translate the product into a manufacturing process, machinery list and supplier RFQ.

Answers for common production questions

What machines are needed to manufacture tomato paste?
A tomato paste line runs reception and washing, sorting, hot-break crushing, preheating, pulping and refining, multi-effect evaporation to target Brix, sterilisation and aseptic filling, plus secondary packaging. Supporting systems are CIP, steam, water treatment, compressed air and wastewater treatment.
How much does a PET recycling plant cost?
Plan in ranges rather than fixed prices. The main CAPEX drivers are throughput in tonnes per hour, whether output is washed flake or pellets, the level of NIR sorting, hot-wash configuration, water recirculation and local installation costs. A typical 2 t/h washing line sits in the low single-digit millions of USD before building works.
What equipment is needed for a juice factory?
Fruit reception and washing, extraction or concentrate dilution, blending and dosing, homogenisation and deaeration, pasteurisation, filling, capping, labelling, coding, case packing and palletising — supported by water treatment, CIP, steam and chilled water.
How large should a factory be for a given capacity?
Indicative footprint is production hall area plus raw material and finished goods storage, packaging, utilities, maintenance, QA laboratory, loading docks and circulation. The planner returns a planning-level footprint per capacity; it is not an architectural design.
Can a manual packaging process be automated?
Usually yes. The route depends on current throughput, product format and floor space: typically automatic weighing and filling, form-fill-seal or tray sealing, checkweighing and inspection, case packing and robotic palletising. The planner captures current versus target throughput and converts it into a machinery specification.
