The challenge
The plant needed to double bottling capacity without extending the building or losing hygienic certification.
What we did
We wrote the buyable specification, shortlisted four qualified European line builders, levelled quotations and structured leasing for 70% of the capex.
Outcome
Line accepted after FAT/SAT with 96% OEE in month three and a 3.4-year payback.
