From Project Setup to Agricultural Output Sourcing
Global B2B Group coordinates specialist workflows across the agricultural lifecycle. It does not farm, hold stock, trade produce or guarantee any supply or sale.
In short
Infrastructure and inputs are planned and procured through the specialist platform for each sector. Once an operation is producing, qualified buyers can send a screened output-sourcing request to the parent. In every step a person on the team reviews the request before any supplier is approached, and identities stay private until both sides approve an introduction.
The three stages
| Stage | What is coordinated | Where it is handled |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Plan and procure | Scoping, CAPEX planning and sourcing of farm infrastructure, equipment and inputs | The specialist platform for the sector; Global B2B Group for packaging, processing lines and multi-sector projects |
| 2. Produce and harvest | Operated by the producer — not by the group | The producer's own operation |
| 3. Output sourcing | Screened requests from importers, wholesalers, processors and retailers for recurring or seasonal supply | Global B2B Group — produce sourcing request |
Specialist platforms and their intake
Sector projects and sector-specific supplier registration belong to the specialist sites. Each has its own forms, data and team.

Orchard and field produce (for example avocados or citrus) is not greenhouse production. Buyers of that output use the parent produce sourcing request.
What each side submits
- Buyers: product or species, grade/size, annual or seasonal volume, origin and destination, delivery window, packaging, required certifications, Incoterms and documents.
- Producers and exporters: truthful product details, origin, grade and condition, realistic availability, traceability records, permits and certificates, food-safety evidence, packaging and trade documents.
Human review and privacy
- Every request is read by a person before any outreach. Nothing is matched or sent automatically.
- Buyer and supplier names and contact details are shared only after review and the approval of both sides.
- Contracts, payment, inspection and delivery are agreed directly between buyer and supplier.
The USD 250,000 threshold
Managed RFQs start at USD 250,000 total annual or seasonal programme value. This is a project qualification threshold for our team's work — it is not the price or value of any food product. Smaller requests stay on file without supplier outreach.
Global B2B Group acts as a supplier-neutral coordinator and reviewer. It is not a producer, trader, importer of record, certifier or logistics provider, and it does not guarantee supply, sale, quality, prices or any deal. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
From seed to shelf — the same discipline, a greener result
Greenhouses, fresh produce, fish and shrimp packaging lines: every project is specified, sourced and compared before an introduction is made.
