How do you count an RFQ as open?
An RFQ is open when its deadline for offers is in the future or not yet set.
Can I see bidder counts here?
Aggregate counts are visible at the portfolio level; bid detail lives inside each RFQ package.
Do you support multiple RFQs per project?
Yes — a project can carry many RFQ packages (lots), each with its own scope, deadline and shortlist.
What happens after award?
Awarded RFQs move out of the open count and feed the project's execution timeline and documentation set.
Do I pay per RFQ?
No — issuing RFQs on qualifying projects is included.
