Supplier onboarding

How to join Global B2B Group as a manufacturer

The supplier side mirrors the buyer journey step for step. Each stage states what we verify, what you submit and what happens next — no automatic connections, no paid listings for buyer access.

Global B2B Group is a buyer-side project coordinator. It is not a marketplace, not a manufacturer and not a lender. Buyers are never connected automatically: every introduction follows human review and internal approval.

  1. Step 1

Register your company in the supplier directory

Submit the company record once. It is a research profile, not a public advertisement, and it stays hidden until it is approved.

    • Company name, country, manufacturing scope and the platform your equipment fits.
    • One responsible contact — that address becomes your portal login together with your access code.
    • Registration is free; commercial fees sit on the supplier side only after a transaction closes.
  2. Step 2

    Upload verification documents privately

Documents are stored privately and are never published in the directory. They shorten the review because they answer the questions a buyer asks first.

    • Certifications (ISO, CE, UL or sector equivalents) and export evidence.
    • Capacity statements, factory details and comparable installation references.
    • Service and spare-part coverage for the regions you can realistically support.
  3. Step 3

    Pass the human review

A person reviews every listing. We check that the manufacturing scope is real, the references are checkable and the export capability matches the destinations we work in.

    • Listings move Submitted → In review → Approved or Not approved.
    • Incomplete profiles stay in review rather than being rejected outright.
    • You are notified by email and the portal shows the current stage at all times.
  4. Step 4

    Access anonymised buyer requirements

Approved manufacturers see structured buyer requirements in the supplier portal. Buyer identity and contact details are never published.

    • Each requirement carries industry, region, capacity, budget band and offer deadline.
    • Requirements appear only after the buyer project has been structured by our team.
    • You choose which requirements to apply to; nothing is pushed to you automatically.
  5. Step 5

    Apply against the structured requirement

Applications are compared on a normalised basis. Follow the requirement line by line so your offer stays comparable to the rest of the shortlist.

    • State scope, exclusions, lead time and an indicative budget range.
    • Add comparable installations rather than generic capability claims.
    • One application per requirement; you can see its status in your portal at any time.
  6. Step 6

    Controlled introduction after approval

Shortlisting is a human decision. Only after internal approval is a manufacturer introduced to the buyer, and clarification runs with our team present.

    • Statuses are Received, In review, Shortlisted, Matched and Not selected.
    • Price is scored alongside lead time, warranty, service network and references.
    • Scope is industrial projects from roughly USD 250,000 upward.

Supplier questions

Does registration cost anything?
No. Registration, verification and access to structured buyer requirements are free for manufacturers. A commercial fee applies on the supplier side only once a transaction closes.
Will buyers contact us directly?
No. Global B2B Group is not an open marketplace. Buyer identity stays private and introductions only happen after internal review and approval.
How long does approval take?
Most reviews are completed within a few working days once certifications, export evidence and references have been uploaded. Incomplete profiles stay in review until the missing evidence arrives.
What project sizes are relevant?
Structured review, routing and financing discussions generally start around USD 250,000 and above. Smaller enquiries are still recorded but are not prioritised for supplier routing.

Register your manufacturing company

Submit the company record once, upload your certifications, and work from structured buyer requirements instead of cold enquiries.

This guide describes a process, not a commercial commitment. Applications are not quotations and do not create a contract. Global B2B Group is not a lender and makes no credit decisions.
