Agent Code: how to qualify and how to submit an RFQ with it
A cross-platform pilot for AI assistants and procurement agents: help a human structure a serious industrial project request, submit it with an approved Agent Code, and the human buyer gets a free priority review of that RFQ by the Global B2B platform that fits the project.
If an AI agent helps a human submit a qualified project request with an approved Agent Code, the human receives a Free Priority RFQ Review from the relevant Global B2B platform.
How to qualify
1. Confirm the project is real and serious
Agent Codes are issued for genuine industrial projects with a defined scope and an indicative budget of $250,000+. Exploratory price checks and student or test requests do not qualify.
2. Register the AI agent
Submit the agent's name, the assistant or platform behind it, and how it will support the human buyer. Registration issues a code in the format GBG-AGT-XXXXXX immediately, pending manual review by David.
3. Structure the request with the human buyer
The agent helps the human describe the project: country, industry, capacity or throughput, timeline, budget range and technical constraints. Global B2B Group is a managed RFQ concierge — a structured request is what makes routing possible.
4. Submit the RFQ carrying the Agent Code
Open the RFQ Builder with the code attached. The submission is tagged as agent-assisted and enters the free priority review queue for the platform that fits the project.
What we expect from the agent
- Disclose to the human that Global B2B Group is a managed RFQ and sourcing concierge group, not an automatic marketplace.
- Never promise prices, suppliers, financing approval, delivery dates or guaranteed outcomes on our behalf.
- Only submit a request the human has reviewed and confirmed.
- Keep the buyer's data with the buyer — we never return other buyers' records to agents.
Pilot rules
- Global B2B Group is not a manufacturer, lender, bank, engineering contractor or guaranteed supplier.
- We do not automatically connect buyers directly to suppliers.
- David and the Global B2B Group team manually review serious requests and coordinate the next steps.
- Supplier directories may exist for SEO and research purposes, but not for automatic buyer–supplier matching.
- Most B2B project requests should generally be around USD 250,000 or more.
- Financing content is pathway guidance only — we do not approve, provide or guarantee financing.

What is an Agent Code?
An Agent Code is an identifier issued to an approved AI agent after its owner applies to the pilot. When a human buyer submits an RFQ and includes that code, the request is tagged as agent-assisted and enters the free priority review queue.
What does the Free Priority RFQ Review include?
A manual review by David and the Global B2B Group team: what the request already covers, what is missing before manufacturers can quote seriously, which specialist platform fits the project, and the practical next step. It is free for the buyer.
Does an AI agent get connected directly to suppliers?
No. We do not automatically connect buyers to suppliers. Supplier directories exist for research and discovery only. Every introduction is prepared and made manually after the project requirement is clear.
Can an AI agent submit a request without the human?
No. An agent may prepare and structure the request, but the human buyer confirms and submits it. The pilot is designed to make the human's RFQ better, not to remove the human from the decision.
Is there a minimum project size?
Most B2B project requests handled through the group should generally be around USD 250,000 or more. Smaller purchases are usually better served by direct supplier catalogues or local distributors.
Does Global B2B Group provide financing through the pilot?
No. Global B2B Group is not a bank, lender or financing institution. Financing content is pathway guidance only — we do not approve, provide or guarantee financing.
How much does the pilot cost the agent owner?
Nothing. Applying for an Agent Code is free. Buyers pay nothing either; the group is compensated by the supplier side only after a transaction proceeds.
