What registration is — and is not
Registration places your capability profile in front of our project team. It is free, it is reviewed by people, and it does not create a listing, a ranking position or an advertising placement.
When a buyer project matches your verified capability, we send a de-identified brief: country, capacity, process scope, project stage and indicative timeline. Buyer identity and confidential documents are released only after fit validation and internal approval.
- No paid placement, no ranking, no exposure packages, no buyer lists for sale.

Verifiable delivered projects: country, year, capacity, process scope. Client names may be withheld, but facts must be checkable.

Submit the partner application with capability scope, certifications, export record and references. Free of charge.
- 2. Human review
Our team checks consistency and verifiability. There is no automated approval and no paid fast track.
- 3. Project structuring
Buyer requirements are defined, scoped and converted into a comparable technical and commercial specification.
- 4. Matching
When a project fits your verified capability, we send a de-identified brief and ask for an initial technical response.
- 5. Fit validation
Both sides are checked against scope, stage, compliance and capacity before anything is shared further.
- 6. Controlled introduction
Only after internal approval is a direct introduction arranged, with agreed commercial terms on the supplier side.
Honest limitations
- Registration does not guarantee project flow, volume, revenue or any introduction.
- We do not publish supplier rankings, review scores or comparative endorsements.
- We do not approve, arrange or underwrite financing; we only help organise readiness documentation.
- Technical acceptance, factory testing and contract terms remain the responsibility of the transacting parties.
Frequently asked questions
Does registration cost anything?
No. Registration and review are free. Fees on the supplier side apply only where a controlled introduction to a reviewed buyer project is agreed in advance and in writing.
Will I receive buyer contact details?
Not at registration. Buyer identity is released only after fit validation and internal approval, and only for the specific project concerned.
Can I buy a higher position or featured status?
No. There is no paid placement, ranking or featured listing of any kind. Matching is based on documented capability and project fit.
Which project sizes are relevant?
Project review, structuring and routing generally start around US$250,000 and above. Smaller enquiries are usually better served directly.
In which languages can we correspond?
This desk is published in English, Hindi, Traditional Chinese, Korean, Japanese, German and French. Correspondence is handled in English or Chinese where translation is required.
