Trust Policy

Free for Buyers. Guided by People. Careful With Your Data.

This page is maintained by Global B2B Group to answer, in plain language, the three questions buyers ask us most: what it costs, what the human support actually covers, and what happens to the details you share. It describes current practices — it is not a third-party certification.

  • No buyer fees, ever
  • A named specialist, end to end
  • Your identity stays yours
Commitment 01

100% Free for Buyers

Every service a buyer touches on this platform is free of charge. We have one interest: securing the best solution from the most suitable qualified manufacturers.

What costs you nothing

Project intake and scoping calls, specification review, RFQ preparation and distribution, supplier qualification, bid comparison matrices, financing route mapping, and coordination through delivery and commissioning.

No hidden buyer charges

No subscription, no listing fee, no per-RFQ charge, no lead fee, no mandatory retainer and no success fee payable by the buyer. If any project ever requires paid scope beyond the platform service, it is quoted and agreed in writing in advance — never applied silently.

How this stays neutral

Being free does not mean being sold to. Suppliers are invited into an RFQ on documented capability, capacity, certification and geographic fit — never on advertising spend or preferred-vendor arrangements. Scoring inputs are shared with you in full.

You keep every decision

Specification, shortlist, negotiation and award remain entirely yours. We prepare, structure and coordinate; we do not select on your behalf unless you instruct us to in writing.

Commitment 02

What the Human Guidance Includes

You are not handed a dashboard and left alone. A named specialist, supported by our engineering and financing desks, stays with the project from first brief to commissioning.

1. Discovery and scoping

A working session to understand capacity targets, site constraints, regulatory context, timeline and budget envelope — then a written project brief you can circulate internally.

2. Specification and RFQ preparation

We translate the brief into a technically precise RFQ: scope of supply, standards and certifications, delivery terms (Incoterms), warranty, spare parts, training and after-sales expectations.

3. Supplier qualification

Entity and ownership verification, sanctions screening, financial standing, relevant certifications, manufacturing footprint and comparable reference projects — re-validated per project, not carried forward automatically.

4. Structured bid comparison

Offers are normalised into one evaluation matrix covering technical conformity, delivery, warranty, after-sales and total cost of ownership, so you compare like with like rather than PDFs in different formats.

5. Financing route mapping

Where funding is needed, we map realistic routes — bank facilities, leasing, vendor and trade finance, ECAs, development banks, private credit, equity or grant programmes — and help prepare the documentation package. We are not a lender and do not guarantee approval.

6. Negotiation and delivery follow-through

Commercial and contractual support during negotiation, then coordination across production milestones, inspection, logistics, installation and commissioning until the asset is running.

Commitment 03

Privacy and Contact Data

We collect the minimum needed to run your project properly, we tell you where it goes, and we never sell it. This summary sits alongside our full Privacy Policy, which governs in case of any difference.

What we collect

Identity and contact details (name, role, company, country, business email, phone or WhatsApp), project data you submit (brief, RFQ content, industry, budget range, timeline, attachments), account data if you create one, and standard technical data such as IP address and pages viewed.

Why we collect it

To respond to your inquiry, evaluate and run your project, send transactional confirmations, meet compliance obligations such as sanctions screening, and operate and secure the platform. Market updates are sent only with your consent and you can withdraw it at any time.

Anonymity until you choose otherwise

When we approach suppliers, we share the technical scope needed to produce a quote. Your company identity and contact details are withheld until you approve disclosure, so your project does not become a sales list.

Who else processes it

A limited set of vetted providers: Supabase (database and authentication), Resend (transactional email), Cloudflare (hosting, CDN and security), plus analytics and AI providers used for research, translation and assistance. Cross-border transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions or equivalent safeguards.

How long we keep it

Inquiry and RFQ data up to 24 months from last contact unless a longer period is required by law or an engagement is active; account data for the life of the account plus the applicable limitation period; server logs typically 30–90 days.

Your rights and how to use them

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent — email legal@globalb2bgroup.com. EU/UK data subjects may also complain to a supervisory authority. We apply TLS in transit, encryption at rest, least-privilege access and vendor review; no system is completely secure and we do not claim absolute security.

Frequently asked

Cost & human guidance

Is Global B2B Group really free for buyers?

Yes. Buyers pay us nothing for sourcing, RFQ preparation, supplier qualification, bid comparison or financing coordination. There is no subscription, no listing fee, no success fee and no commission charged to the buyer.

If buyers pay nothing, how is the platform funded?

Our commercial arrangements sit on the supply and finance side of a transaction, and they never change who we invite to bid or how bids are scored. Suppliers are invited on documented capability and fit only, and the buyer keeps sole authority over shortlisting and award.

What exactly is included in the human guidance?

A named specialist works with you from first brief to delivery: scope and specification review, RFQ drafting, supplier qualification, structured bid comparison, financing route mapping, negotiation support, and coordination through logistics, installation and commissioning.

Privacy & confidentiality

Who can see the project details I submit?

Your brief is seen by the internal team assigned to your project. Technical requirements are shared with suppliers only in the scope needed to quote, and your identity is withheld until you approve disclosure. We do not sell personal data.

What personal data do you collect, and why?

We collect identity and contact details (name, role, company, country, business email, phone or WhatsApp), the project data you choose to submit, account data if you create an account, and standard technical data such as IP address and pages viewed. We use it only to scope your project, run the RFQ, coordinate financing and keep you informed — never to build advertising profiles.

Can I run an RFQ anonymously?

Yes. We can issue an anonymised brief that carries the technical scope, volumes and destination region without naming your company. Your identity is disclosed only when you instruct us to, typically at shortlist or contracting stage.

Do you share my data with third parties or sub-processors?

We share the minimum necessary with qualified suppliers you approve, and with service sub-processors that operate the platform (hosting, database, transactional email, analytics). Each is bound by contract to confidentiality and to processing on our instructions only. We never sell or rent your data.

Is my data transferred outside my country?

Because projects are cross-border by nature, data may be processed in other jurisdictions, including outside the EEA/UK. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses with our sub-processors and counterparties.

How is my data protected?

We apply TLS in transit, encryption at rest, least-privilege internal access, role-based permissions on our project records and vendor review before onboarding a sub-processor. No system is completely secure and we make no claim of absolute security.

Do you use cookies or tracking?

We use essential cookies to run the site and privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages help buyers. We do not use our analytics to sell your details, and you can block non-essential cookies in your browser without losing access to the platform.

Data retention & deletion

How long do you keep my contact details?

Inquiry and RFQ data is retained for up to 24 months from last contact unless a longer period is required by law or an engagement is active. You can request access, correction or deletion at any time via legal@globalb2bgroup.com.

How long do you keep project and RFQ documents?

Documents tied to a live engagement are kept for the duration of the project and then for the period needed to meet contractual, warranty, tax and accounting obligations — typically up to 7 years for records with a legal or financial footprint. Working files with no such obligation follow the 24-month rule.

How do I ask you to delete my data?

Email legal@globalb2bgroup.com from the address you used, tell us what you want deleted, and we confirm within 30 days. We delete or irreversibly anonymise everything we are not legally required to retain, and we tell you plainly what must stay and why.

What are my rights over my data?

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. EU/UK data subjects may also lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority. Exercising a right never affects the service you receive or the price you pay — which is nothing.

Can I stop receiving emails but keep my project running?

Yes. Marketing and journal emails have a one-click unsubscribe and are entirely separate from operational project correspondence, which continues while your engagement is active.

Contacting us

How do I contact the team about a live project?

Write to support@globalb2bgroup.com or message us on WhatsApp at +44 7840 128034. Project correspondence is handled by the named specialist assigned to your brief, so you are never routed through a generic queue.

Who do I contact about privacy, data or legal matters?

Email legal@globalb2bgroup.com for any privacy request, data-protection question, contract or compliance matter. This desk is separate from the commercial team and handles access, correction and deletion requests.

How fast do you respond?

Commercial and project inquiries are answered within one business day. Formal privacy and data requests are acknowledged promptly and completed within 30 days, as required by GDPR and equivalent regimes.

How do I report a security concern?

Send details to legal@globalb2bgroup.com with 'Security' in the subject line. We investigate reports of suspected vulnerabilities or data exposure and respond to the reporter with the outcome.

Questions or data requests

Talk to a person, not a form

General and engagement questions go to the engagement office. Privacy, access and deletion requests go to our legal desk and are typically acknowledged within one business day.

This Trust Policy summarises app-owner practices in effect at time of publication. It is not a certification, audit opinion or legal representation. The Privacy Policy, Terms and the signed engagement documentation for each project govern in case of any difference.
