Do I need one project per lot?
Not necessarily — one project can carry multiple RFQ packages (lots) and multiple budgets.
How is completion defined?
Completion is set by the user when a project moves to the operational stage.
Is there an API?
A managed API is planned for enterprise accounts; export is available today.
